  1. Log in to your Cloudaware account.

  2. Select Reports under your username in the upper right corner.

  3. Click New Report.

  4. Type the object name to pick a report type from the list, for example, AWS Accounts. Select the relation to add another object to cross-reference the data to your report, e.g. with AWS S3 buckets. Click Create.

  5. Use the list of fields on the left or the Quick Find bar to type field names manually in order to select the fields that will be displayed as columns. For example, select fields ‘Block Public Policy' and ‘Block Public ACLs’ to check public access settings on buckets in your organization.

  6. In the menu above the report canvas:
    Filters: click Add to define criteria for Field Filter (e.g. AWS Account: Account Name equals N) and/or select Filter Logic if necessary
    Show: select all objects value (e.g. All aws accounts) to show all relevant organization data
    Date Field: select a timestamp field and specify time range if necessary

  7. Click Run Report.

  5. Use the list of fields Under the tab 'Outline' in the section 'Columns' on the left or the Quick Find bar to type field names manually in order to select the fields that will be displayed as columns. In the menu above the report canvas:
    Filters: click Add to define criteria for Field Filter and/or select Filter Logic if necessary
    Showtype the field name to add to your report as a column. For example, select fields ‘Block Public Policy' and ‘Block Public ACLs’ to check public access settings on buckets in your organization. Click Refresh to see the updates in the report.

  6. In the section 'Groups’ select a field to add grouping, e.g. AWS Account: Account Name. Click Refresh.

  7. Under the tab 'Filters' select a fields from the list. Click Refresh.

  8. In Show me: select all objects value (e.g. All aws accounts) to show all relevant data
    Date Field: select a timestamp field and specify time range if necessary

  9. Click Run Report.

  1. Apply. Click Refresh.

  2. Click Run to view the results.

To save or export the report, click the triangle sign near 'Edit' and pick the action.
