Prerequisites
1. Create a custom role for Cloudaware.
Log in to your Rancher account → Home.
Go to Users & Authentication → Role Template → Create Global Role.
Set up a meaningful name for the role, e.g. CA Read Only.
Grant get, list and watch permissions in Verbs and the scope * in Resources for access.
Go back to Users & Authentication → Users → select the user created for Cloudaware.
Click Edit Config. Assign CA Read Only permission to Cloudaware.

2. If Rancher server is running on the private network, TunHub Gateway must be configured before Rancher integration can be added to Cloudaware. Address the Cloudaware TunHub Integration Guide for more information.
