Set up user permissions in Zabbix

Log in to Zabbix → Administration.
Create a new Zabbix user called
api, e.g. named API. Set the up a password. Include the user to the group 'No access to the frontend'. Click Add.Go to the tab 'Permissions'. Change the user permissions to 'Zabbix Super Admin'. Click Add.

Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find Zabbix in Monitoring integrations. Click +Add.
Fill out the form:

API URL - Zabbix server endpoint URL, e.g. https://zabbix.companyname.com/api_jsonrpc.php
User - enter the user name (in this example api)username
Password - enter the user password
Disabled (optional) - check this check box to disable Zabbix integration in Сloudaware (not for initial setup)
Click Save.The green light in 'Status' means that Zabbix integration has been successfully configured. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com.
