Ensure that SWIS REST API endpoints are set up is accessible on a SolarWinds server.
Configure the TunHub gateway before SolarWinds integration is added to Cloudaware.

Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find SolarWinds in the list of cloud integrations. Click +Add.
Fill out the form:
WHERE
URL - insert the TunHub route* URL (e.g. https://tunhub.cloudaware.com:12345)
Username - insert the username
Password - insert the password
*Set up route ports as 17774 (for SolarWinds v. 2024.4) or 17778 ( for SolarWinds older versions before 2024.4) in TunHub.
Click Save.
The green light in 'Status' means that SolarWinds integration has been successfully configured. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com.
To view SolarWinds-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select SOLARWINDS in the menu on the left:
