The article compares the scopes of cloud resources Cloudaware and ServiceNow support.

Cloudaware supports over 2,500 cloud objects in total, while ServiceNow has a limited range of cloud resources.

The naming convention also leaves much to be desired. Cloudaware follows the naming adopted by cloud providers. ServiceNow introduces a new taxonomy that makes it difficult to correlate when performing the search.
