AlertOps enables enterprises to respond to IT incidents and automate real-time operations. This guide explains how to add AlertOps integration to Cloudaware.

Add AlertOps account

 

  1. Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.

  2. Find AlertOps in the list of cloud integrations. Click +Add.

  3. Fill out the form:

    WHERE
    Name - insert a meaningful integration name
    Domain - insert the first part of AlertOps URL (e.g. mycompany in mycompany.alertops.com)
    User Name - insert the username
    Password - insert the password

    Click Save.

  4. The green light in 'Status' means that AlertOps integration has been successfully configured. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com. 

  5. To view AlertOps-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select ALERTOPS in the menu on the left:
