AlertOps enables enterprises to respond to IT incidents and automate real-time operations. This guide explains how to add AlertOps integration to Cloudaware.

Add AlertOps account
Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find AlertOps in the list of integrations. Click +Add.
Fill out the form:

Click Save.The green light in 'Status' means that AlertOps integration has been successfully configured. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com.
To view AlertOps-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select ALERTOPS in the menu on the left.
