JAVA Agent
Check if /opt/cloudaware/newrelic folder exists;
Make sure to exercise your web application for about five minutes to generate sufficient data;
Generate debug logs: https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/agents/java-agent/troubleshooting/generate-debug-logs-troubleshooting-java/ and share with Cloudaware Team.
.NET Agent
Check if .Net APM agent is installed successfully on the instance in question;
Remember to restart IIS (at the command prompt, type:
iisreset /noforce
);Make sure to exercise your web application for about five minutes to generate sufficient data;
