APM Troubleshooting steps

JAVA Agent

  1. Check if /opt/cloudaware/newrelic folder exists;

  2. Make sure to exercise your web application for about five minutes to generate sufficient data;

  3. Generate debug logs: https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/agents/java-agent/troubleshooting/generate-debug-logs-troubleshooting-java/ and share with Cloudaware Team.

 

.NET Agent

  1. Check if .Net APM agent is installed successfully on the instance in question;

  2. Remember to restart IIS (at the command prompt, type: iisreset /noforce);

  3. Make sure to exercise your web application for about five minutes to generate sufficient data;

  4. Generate debug logs:https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/agents/net-agent/troubleshooting/generate-logs-troubleshooting-net/ and share with Cloudaware Team.
