PagerDuty Accounts The integration allows Cloudaware to discover and display PagerDuty incidents, along with PagerDuty Users, PagerDuty Teams, PagerDuty Services, etc. in Cloudaware CMDB. The object PagerDuty Incident in Cloudaware has lookups to AWS Account, AWS Region, AWS EC2 Instance, Azure Virtual Machine, Google GCE Instance. |

Add PagerDuty account
Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find PagerDuty Accounts in the list of cloud integrations. Click +Add.
Fill out the form:
WHERE
Name - enter a meaningful name for PagerDuty Account integration name in Cloudaware
API Key* - the API Key generated in your PagerDuty account (check step 3 of the guideBasic PagerDuty Configuration → Setup in PagerDuty)
Period - select the time period for which PagerDuty incidents to will be pulled in imported into Cloudaware (note that the maximum number of resolved incidents imported is 10,000)
Click Save.The green light in 'Status' means that PagerDuty account has been added successfully. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com.
To view PagerDuty-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select PAGERDUTY in the menu on the left:
