Cloudaware uses GET methods to discover and collect Jamf resources via API. Ensure that you have provided Cloudaware with the following read permissions:

Add Jamf instance
Â
Log in to Cloudaware account → Admin.
Find Jamf in the list of cloud integrations. Click +Add.
Â
Fill out the form:
WHERE
URL - insert the public link to Jamf instance
Username - insert the username for Jamf instance
Password - insert the password for Jamf instance
Click Save.
Set up as many Jamf integrations as many Jamf instances Cloudaware must have access to.
The green light in 'Status' means that Jamf integration has been successfully configured. If there is a red light, please contact support@cloudaware.com.
To view Jamf-related data, go to Cloudaware CMDB Navigator. Select JAMF in the menu on the left:
Please allow some time for Cloudaware to collect and display Jamf resources. The initial setup time is about 6 hours.
